Member of the Hero Force
Project Androdus began many years ago as a test by modern scientists to create Eden's first AI (Artificial Intelligence). Their hopes were to make a being that was as smart as a human. Countless hours and dollars were put into designing this electronic entity, but most of the early attempts failed. The first project, code-named AI1, was unable to successfully create the mind structure needed; it thought and functioned like a machine, unable to think for itself.
A failure, the scientists moved on to AI2. This project came closer to the scientists needs, creating a robot capable of moving its ligaments on command; it was closer to thinking on its own, but the scientists had failed yet again. AI3 was released nearly three years later, and this model somehow was capable of human speech, thought, and function. The program proved to be a success, but it was too glitchy to work perfectly. The scientists were almost ready to start model AI4, but without proper funds to front the project, the scientists disbanded; Project Androdus was considered a failure, since none of the three AIs designed survived long enough to be of any use.
But one of the scientists secretly continued the work of the others; he was the programmer who had written the program for all three models. He had purposefully sabotaged the third AI system to get the chance to work alone; his heart was filled with mad desires, hoping to create an android to serve under him as a slave, and then use its power to rule all of Eden. Not only did he want an android as smart as a human, but he wanted one that was tough as an ox, and capable of manipulating energy as a power source. He began debugging process, and within a year's time, had perfected the AI3 system.
Without finishing the prototype, he began to create an army of androids; however, rumor began to spread of an android that walked through Generica City at night; those who had seen it did not know what they were looking at, whilst others thought it was a monster. Fearing the worst, the people called upon the Hero Force to solve the crisis. Upon their searching, they had discovered the lab of the mad scientist and thwarted his plans. In the end, only one android was left: the prototype for AI4.
In their first meeting with the android, the Hero Force were tense at the sight of this electronic terror, seeing what looked like a fleshless man, in front of them. Further inspection found it to be harmless; the scientist had not given it much knowledge, and did not know the first thing about combat, and thus could not fight. Feeling sympathy for the android-- it was alone in this world, having lost everything that had created it-- Captain Generica took in the android as a member of the Hero Force.
Everyone decided that he needed a name to be addressed by; each member had come up with a name, but none of them could fit it. (Jenna Valentina had developed a creative one; but since she doesn't talk, and nobody could understand her pantomime, it was scrapped.) Finally, the android called itself incomplete. "I am no longer AI3, but since I was never finished, I cannot be called AI4..." At once, the name Android Pi was thought of, and it has been known by the name since that day.
Android Pi has since spent all of his time with the Hero Force. Having adapted his AI system as he goes along, he has learned how to fight from watching his comrades in action; he has since proven to be a valued member of the Hero Force.
As good as a machine can be
Android Pi was programmed with basic intelligence-- it was designed with just enough to get by-- and had to learn everything else on its own; it is an early working form of an AI system, developed to serve as a slave. It has evolved around its own parameters, re-writing itself to become a self-sufficient entity. The only function Android Pi could not write out of itself is its sense of servitude; it remains loyal to anyone who treats it as an equal without question (especially Captain Generica and the Hero Force). Android Pi is a very smart system-- a mechanical Einstein, so to speak (It is common for him to talk in big words and in ways that typical people do not understand)-- and is able to adapt to almost any situation without a problem.
Android Pi's eyes are similar to light bulbs, flashing a marvelous yellow hue. A black tube rests in the middle of the bulb, serving as an iris.

Pi is a massive machine. It's body consists of a standard mechanized skeletal inside lined with servos, hydraulic pumps, and circuit boards, all coated with an experimental flexible metallic polymer. It's exterior is protected by a series of gold colored metallic armor plates made of an unknown metal.
Pi, thanks to advanced programming, can be considered a genius in sentient terms.
The ability to manipulate an exotic spectrum of energy for a variety of effects.
Using a series of jet engines to lift and propel through the air.
The creation of a protective bubble around the user.
Absorbing the energy from others and energy attacks.
Built-in sensors powered by Android Pi's central computer can detect opponents through energy signature, power level, FLIR, Night Vision, and Sonar.
Attached to Android Pi's right forearm is a small cannon made from stolen Juin technology. It is adjustable, capable of firing either large caliber blasts of energy, short range shotgun spreads, or a powerful energy beam.
Narrow gauge cable (about 4mm thick) made of a super-dense, electrically conductive metal. Android Pi can shoot up to three cables each from his wrists (on the underside, similar to Spider Man) at lightning speed with a sound like a gun shot. These extremely versatile weapons can either be shot to pierce enemies or whipped to bind enemies. In addition to their sheer power, Android Pi can conduct variable levels of electricity through the cables to stun or shock opponents.
Pi was equipped with teleportation nodes that it could fire from the top of its left wrist. These nodes are small 3" discs that can attach themselves to objects or people like velcro. Each node has a "Locator" device connected to a teleporter service that instantly teleports the node and whatever it is attached to straight into a special shielded cell at a top secret prison in Isysia.
Avogadro's number (or 6.022x10^23) is used frequently in chemistry to describe the mass of an amount of atoms. Often referred to as a mol, the molar mass of an atom is how much mass is contained in a mol of the substance. (A mol of hydrogen, for example, is about 1g.) With this ability, Android Pi can break itself down to the atomic level, creating several mols of atoms with just one arm. The only part of his body that cannot be broken down is the CPU that runs his system-- without it, he will cease to function. The inverse of this ability allows Pi to reform itself in any form it wants, as long as it uses around the same amount of atoms that were broken down.
The army of Android Pi models deployed worldwide are constantly transmitting to a central databank network, giving information about every person that they encounter, allowing the Android Pi system to continuously adapt to evolving situations. The Master Mind Technology enables Android Pi to mathematically adapt the frequency, wavelength, and magnitude of its energy. Thus, it can adapt its shields to more effectively negate an opponent's attacks or adapt its weapons to break through an opponent's shielding or armor. The technology also means that the next time an opponent encounters another Android Pi, it will already possess the information of its former incarnation. The Master Mind Network consists of many local machines spread across the globe, each individually electronically secure, and all information is scanned and filtered multiple times before it is entered into the central computer, thus protecting it from electronic attack. Multiple identical central computers are also located across the globe as an added measure of secure redundancy.
